Me v.s MAXIS = 犯贱 之 part 3

好啦… 好唔服气打算去佢地既 maxis centre 谂住应该有个比较 pro 既人可以答到我既疑问。

结果，係度搅佐足足两个钟头… 直头想嘔血！

谂住等佐两个钟头，我既付出係伝得到回报，点知道…

maxis: sir, how may i help u? me: am having some problem with the sim card to be detected for data usage. maxis: sir, maxis multi-sim 1 line is meant for phone or pda phone usage only. it might not work with 3g modem selling in the market. me: why would that happened? maxis: coz the multi sim only can be recognized properly by phone device instead of modem. me: but your website try to convince your customer that one of the benefit for multi-sim 1 line is to share the data services with multiple devices, somemore there’s a modem device shown on the webpage. maxis: which model of the modem? me: maxis connect data card. maxis: oh! that’s different. that modem works like a phone. me: ||Orz.. me: huh? then i suppose your company have a compatibility device list that confirmed will work with it. maxis: sorry sir, in fact we do not have that. me: HAR? not even the modem provided by maxis for the broadband service could confirm works? maxis: sorry sir, unfortunately nope. me: !! alright!  what would you advise? maxis: perhaps you should consider to switch to maxis broadband instead as the provided maxis broadband sim should works fine with your modem. me: T.T

 

注: maxis multi-sim 1 line 既用户又打算自己买手指注意下啦，唔好步我后尘啦。此文以示警戒，皆因网上暂时都揾唔到关於哩个问题既资料。

以上乃我本人经验及意见，绝对与別人无关。
